So every now and then I’ll wake up to find that I want to go create something. I normally don’t have a lot of times in the morning so going far for a shoot isn’t an option. So, I explore my backyard. This is a highlight reel of the past 5 months.

Liz took me to a new event a couple Sundays ago that I couldn’t help but photograph, Chicano Park Day :). Honestly I didn’t know much about it but when I went and got waist deep in Mexican culture I learned so much. There is something really enlightening about jumping into a new situation and being flooded with all this new stimuli (music, dancing, crazy hats, amazing food, ext.). It is really a great experience and I would defiantly recommend that you, go there and experience it for yourself. This year was the 40th year anniversary of the park and I know there will be many more to come. I got a lot of fun shots so…
